Digital Product License Agreement

This Digital Product License Agreement governs the use of all digital products sold by Rejoice Event Solutions, LLC.

All digital products are protected by copyright and are licensed, not sold. By purchasing, accessing, or downloading any digital product from this website, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below, in addition to our Terms and Conditions.

These terms are designed to protect both the creator and the purchaser while allowing you to use the designs confidently, ethically, and appropriately.

License Grant

When you purchase a digital product from Rejoice Event Solutions, LLC, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product as outlined in this agreement.

This license applies to the original purchaser only. All rights not expressly granted remain the exclusive property of Rejoice Event Solutions, LLC.

Permitted Use

Unless otherwise stated on the individual product listing, you may:

Use the digital designs to create physical end products for personal use or small business sales
Use designs on apparel, party items, event decor, signage, and printed materials
Edit Canva templates for your own projects or client work
Use designs for events, fundraisers, schools, churches, and organizations

Commercial use applies only to physical end products. This license does not permit digital redistribution in any form.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

Resell, share, gift, distribute, or transfer the digital files in any format
Upload files to sharing platforms, cloud folders, groups, or websites
Claim the designs as your own original work
Sell, license, sublicense, or redistribute the digital files themselves
Include the designs in digital bundles, templates, courses, kits, or products for resale
Modify files for the purpose of digital resale or redistribution

Digital files are licensed to the original purchaser only.

Canva Template License Terms

Canva templates are editable digital designs intended for use within a Canva account.

You may edit text, colors, images, and layout for your own use or client projects.
You may use the edited designs to create physical products or event materials.

You may not resell, share, or redistribute the Canva template itself, including links to the editable template.
You may not create derivative templates for resale.

A Canva account, free or paid, may be required depending on the design. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure they have the appropriate Canva access prior to purchase.

Edits made after purchase are the user's responsibility. We are not responsible for formatting or design issues caused by user edits.

DTF Ready PNG License Terms

DTF-ready designs are high-resolution PNG files intended for printing on physical products.

You may print the designs on physical items for personal use or for sale.
No physical prints or transfers are included with this purchase.

You may not resell, share, or redistribute the digital files in any form.
You may not include the files in digital products or bundles.

All printing, production, color accuracy, and material selection are the responsibility of the purchaser. We are not responsible for print results once files have been downloaded.

Cut File License Terms

(Silhouette, SVG, and Similar Formats)

Cut files are digital files intended for use with compatible cutting machines and software.

You may use these files to create physical end products for personal or small business use.

You may not resell, share, or distribute the cut files in digital form.

Compatibility with specific machines, software versions, and settings is the responsibility of the purchaser. We are not responsible for user error or cutting issues.

Balloon Mosaic Template License Terms

Balloon mosaic templates are digital PDF files intended as structural guides for creating balloon mosaic displays.

No physical balloons, frames, or finished products are included.

You may print or reference the PDF to create physical balloon mosaics for personal use or small business services, including client events and installations.

You may not resell, share, distribute, or transfer the digital PDF files in any form, including as part of kits, classes, courses, or digital bundles.

You may not claim ownership of the template design, structure, or layout.

Finished physical balloon mosaics created using these templates may be sold or displayed as part of your services.

Mockups and Branding Assets License Terms

Mockups and branding assets are provided for display and presentation purposes.

You may use mockups to showcase your own products or designs.
You may use branding assets for your business's marketing and presentations.

You may not resell, redistribute, or claim mockups or branding assets as your own work.
Mockups may not be used as standalone products for resale.

Extended or Exclusive Licensing

Extended or exclusive licenses may be available for select products.

If you require usage beyond what is outlined in this agreement, you must contact us prior to purchase to discuss licensing options.

Refunds and Digital Delivery

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once digital files are delivered, accessed, or downloaded.

Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

License Enforcement

Violation of these license terms may result in immediate revocation of your license without refund and may include legal action to protect our intellectual property.

Governing Law

This Digital Product License Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.

Any disputes related to licensing or use shall be handled in the courts located within the State of Maryland.

Final Note

These designs are created to support creatives, small businesses, and event professionals.

Respecting licensing ensures that original creative work can continue to serve and uplift the creative community.
