Digital Products, No Refund Policy

All digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Once a digital product is delivered, accessed, or downloaded, the sale is considered final. This includes, but is not limited to, design files, templates, downloads, and any digital content.

We do not issue refunds for accidental purchases, user error, file compatibility issues, or failure to read product descriptions prior to purchase. It is your responsibility to review all product details and ensure compatibility before completing your purchase.

Digital products are licensed for use, not sold, unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized sharing, resale, redistribution, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Custom and Personalized Orders

All custom and personalized orders are final sale and non-refundable once production or design work has begun.

Because these items are created specifically for you, they cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged. Minor variations in color, layout, materials, or design may occur and are considered normal.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, spelling, measurements, and approvals. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Preorders and Buy-Ins

Preorder and buy-in items have an estimated lead time of 8 to 12 weeks unless otherwise stated.

Lead times are estimates and may change due to supplier availability, shipping delays, production timelines, or circumstances beyond our control.

All preorder and buy-in purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
